Teresa Wennberg

 

 Painter, video and computer artist

 Teresa Wennberg was born in Stockholm, Sweden. Studies in foreign languages, law and economics at Stockholm University 1964-68. Studied painting with Francis Harburger in Paris 1973-74. Since 1977 working with video and since 1983 with computer graphics and animation. Artist in residence at Aoyama Computer Graphic School, Tokyo, at Le Fresnoy, Lille, France, Thomson Digital Image, Paris, France, Studio Vasulka, USA, and the Computer Lab of the Groupe d'Etudes pour l'Application des Méthodes Scientifiques à l'Architecture et à l'Urbanisme (GAMSAU). Has also taught "new technologies" at l'Ecole Supérieur de Beaux Arts de Marseille/Luminy, France. Presently living in Stockholm, Sweden.
