Born in 1952. Dwight R. Decker has been an active comics fan since 1967. By day he is a technical writer in the electronics industry, and by night he works as a freelance comics translator for publishers in the United States and Europe. Publishes his own fanzine Torch. Presently living in Phoenix, Arizona.
